FAQs
Understanding Season Dance LED Therapy: Science and Safety
-
How does the Season Dance LED mask differ from other light therapy masks?
It combines 630nm Red Light and an advanced Near-Infrared (NIR) matrix (850nm, 940nm, 1064nm). These specific non-UV wavelengths deliver light energy to different skin layers to support natural cellular activity and tissue health.
-
Is the light safe for eyes? Do I need extra goggles?
Yes, it is designed for safe home use. The mask features built-in silicone eye shields that comfortably cover your eye contours and block the direct LED glow, so no extra protective goggles are required.
-
Can I use it if I have sensitive skin?
Generally yes, as it is non-invasive and pain-free. However, for highly reactive skin or first-time users, we always recommend testing the mask on your inner arm for 5–10 minutes first to ensure no unusual redness occurs.
-
How long does a standard session take?
Thanks to our optimized power density , a daily session takes just 5 to 10 minutes to deliver an effective dose. The device has a built-in automatic timer that safely turns off when completed.
-
Why must I use the mask on a completely bare, clean face?
Makeup, heavy oils, and especially sunscreens containing zinc or SPF can reflect or absorb the light. A clean, dry face ensures the wavelengths penetrate your skin efficiently without obstruction.
-
Should I apply skincare products before or after the treatment?
Always apply them immediately after. The light session temporarily boosts local microcirculation, creating a perfect window for your skin to absorb serums (like Hyaluronic Acid) or moisturizers more effectively.
-
Can the device be used while it is charging?
No. For electrical safety, the mask will not operate while the controller is plugged into a wall charger. Please fully charge the portable controller before starting your session.
-
How do I clean and store the mask safely?
Wipe the skin-contact silicone side with a clean, damp cloth or water-based wipe after each use. Do not use alcohol or harsh chemicals. Let it air dry and store it flat in its box; do not crease or fold it sharply.
